• Daniel Fast (plant-based)

• Single meal (lunch/dinner)

• 12-hour fast (6am-6pm)

Please consult your doctor before starting any fasting style. 

Pray with us:

• Online Morning Prayer: Mon-Thu, 5am-7am

• Sunday Intercession: 9am
