Christmas Village

Get Ready for a Joyous Time!

We're so excited to invite you to our first Christmas Village at Hope! We're having a two-day village to celebrate the "Light of the World" during this Christmas season. This is a time for the community to enjoy the innovations and creations of entrepreneurs, artists, and performers. Come and embrace the hope of the season while shopping, being entertained, and learning creative skills in a family-friendly environment.

This will be a time to celebrate the talents and gifts God has placed in us while also celebrating the best gift ever, Jesus Christ!

*Workshop Descriptions:

Christian Improv Workshop: “Light of the World”

A fun, interactive improv class for all ages and experience levels where participants explore what it means for Jesus to be the Light of the World. Through quick games, creative storytelling, and playful scene work, we’ll discover how God’s light guides us, brings joy, and helps us shine in everyday life. No acting experience needed—just bring your curiosity, your imagination, and a willingness to laugh and learn together!

Photography Workshop: “Seeing the Gift”

A fun, hands-on photography session where participants use simple shooting exercises and real-time feedback from photographer Dexter Powell to uncover their unique creative gifts. As Dexter shares his inspiring journey—photographing famous athletes, vice presidents, and the surprising God-led moments behind it all—participants learn to see beauty, experiment with angles and light, and use photography as a way to notice God’s presence in everyday life. Perfect for all ages and all experience levels.

Dance Workshop: “O Come Let Us Adore Him”

In this season, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus, all are invited to join in thirty minutes of prophetic dance training. Regardless of your age, gender, or dance experience, feel free to join us as we hail our Savior Jesus through prophetic movement! Please wear relaxed-fit pants, and long, loose t-shirts. This will ensure full coverage as we stretch and worship together. Dance shoes are not required, but optional. Please bring bottled water. We look forward to dancing with you to honor our King Jesus.

**The Silent Auction will support Hope's Hero Generations Initiative.
